“台独”分子披露３７年前绝密计划
蒋经国差点在日本遭暗杀

为何刺杀蒋经国
据《东京新闻》日前披露，参与暗杀密谋的一个秘密组织头目，向该报讲述了当年事情的经过。这名头目化名“陈天启”。
该组织名叫“台湾独立革命评议会”。今年７９岁的陈天启是这个秘密组织的事务局长，也是直接参与暗杀计划的现存证人。已取得日本国籍的陈天启自偷渡日本后，就一直从事“台独”活动。
当时台湾地区的最高领导人是蒋介石，他身兼“总统”与中国国民党主席两职。为何不暗杀蒋介石，而是暗杀蒋经国呢？
陈天启解释：“蒋介石害怕遭到暗算，不要说出访，就是在公开场合也很少露面。出访的事情都交给他儿子蒋经国，因此只能考虑暗杀蒋经国。”
那时候，蒋经国作为“行政院副院长”，已经是指定接班人，而且还掌管着情报机构，是打击“台独”活动的最高负责人。
陈说：“杀了蒋经国，效果相当于杀了蒋介石。”
日本政客暗中支持
他们挑选在台湾服过兵役的２０多岁的青年做杀手，还从日本黑社会那里买了手枪。同时，他们还查到蒋经国“访日”时要经过的地点，并制定了具体的暗杀方法。“台湾独立革命评议会”的印章也是在那时制作的。
陈天启还说明了制作印章的原因，“不管成功与否，实施暗杀的青年肯定会被逮捕。被遣送回台湾的话，就是死刑。但如果能明确表示是独立组织的成员，日本政府会给予特殊关照，可能就不用被遣送回去。为了向海内外显示有‘台湾独立革命评议会’的组织，而且刺客是其成员，才制作了这个印章，结果一次也没用上。”
当时日台之间有“外交”关系，因此日本政府和自民党表面上支持“国民党政府”。但是，“有很多政治家暗中支持台独活动”，陈天启说。
陈天启本人１９６２年偷渡到日本后，被日本警方逮捕，在支持“台独”的自民党政治家的帮助下，只拘留了１０天就被释放了，还取得日本给予的特别居留许可。
目的就是搞“台独”
在日本从事“台独”活动的核心，是１９５５年在东京成立的“台湾共和国临时政府”。这个“临时政府”的“总统”是廖文毅，他还曾经作为“国家元首”被邀请参加马来西亚１９５７年的独立庆典。
但廖文毅后来接受国民党“政府”招安，１９６５年发表放弃“台独”的声明，返回台湾。“临时政府”最终在１９７７年瓦解，廖文毅返台是日本“台独”活动走向衰落的标志。
陈天启回忆道：“廖文毅走了以后，剩下的人为了重振旗鼓，认为只能采取暗杀这样的极端手段。”

为此，他们成立秘密组织“台湾独立革命评议会”，陈天启说，知道这项暗杀计划的共有４人，除他之外，有的已经死亡，有的则已回到台湾。他们当时在东京高田马场的一间公寓里，搞了一个据点。每月开一次例会，研究刺杀的方案。
但是，这个暗杀计划终究没能实施。
